Created a start up called Cold Brew Labs with Yale classmate Ben Silbermann in 2008. Together with a third co founder, Evan Sharp, they launched Pinterest in 2010. Sciarra became the CEO until he left the copmany in 2012 to take on the role of Entrepreneur-in-Residence at at Silicon Valley investment firm Andreessen Horowitz.
In 2015 Pinterest was valued at $11 billion and had 100 million users.
